DATES & PRICES: Valentine Cottage with the beach hut are available together for breaks and holidays all year round. Please email us at info@lymeregiscottage.co.uk with your preferred dates and if they’re available we’ll quote you a booking-direct-with-owner price undercutting our published prices on the major apps by around 10%. PAYING FOR A BOOKING: Your booking will be made directly with the Cottage’s owners. Hirers must ensure that all correspondence is with us, and not with Airbnb or any other third party under any circumstances whatsoever., otherwise we cannot offer you the 10% discount. Bookings are secured with a 25% deposit which is non-refundable or transferable within 60 days of your holiday start date. 75% balances of rental payments must be paid at least one month prior to the holiday date, which are not refundable or transferable after being paid. You will get an automatic payment reminder from us for this. Bookings made within one month of the holiday date, must be paid in full when booking. All payments are made via direct bank transfer.
